I collected cards back when the market was VERY hot and got out before the huge crash.........

Made a decent amount of money at it, I was out on workers comp with back injury for 7 months that year.......

I found my box of baseball cards. Probably 1k of cards. I haven't touched them since ~94.

I also have some old comic books I found, too.

Twisted, you have any pricing guides you go off of? Or do you just pay a "standard rate" for items? I'm trying to figure out if it would be worth my time to go through the cards and see what I actually have.

we just look at peoples collections and give them a fair price ... we move a lot of things through shows and internet ... were pretty fair ...

I have a whole footlocker full of sports trading cards.....I was really into it back in the late 80's (all my early 80's stuff was "tossed" by my mom  ).

I'm saving everything and I'll probably give em to my kid one day.......or just wait until I'm 65 and sell everything. :dunno:

The card has to be completly mint..No scuffs, scrapes, creases, bends, stains, and it has to be centered...

just like coke & pepsi memorablia, they need to be late 1800's and early 1900's ....... beer neon signs bring a few bucks and such ... a few decanters ... or those old ass whiskey bottles, but they have to be real old ........
