Nitrous bottle mounting.

While I have my entire interior out I've been throwing around ideas. Does the mounting of a nitrous bottle have to be any particluar angle. I know I always see them approx 15-20 degrees, but do they have to be that way, or is that just the most common?

Yes. The tube that is inside the bottle is angled at the very end to ensure that it always draws in liquid. Turn it to another angle, it uncovers the end of the tube and you suck in "air" sooner.

Either mount it at the correct angle or vertical.
