get better job, rob liquor store, dont go into the service leaving others with your debt, rob bank, take all the cobra shit off and sell it, learn valuable lesson that life sucks and when you owe money theres not usually an easy (legal) way out of it.

The bonus doesn't happen until after you check into your unit and start paperwork for that (it's a never ending process of beauracracy)
