Ouch...they want more for your '06 than I paid for my '05 duramax. Diesel trucks do seem to hold their value well.

NEW ONE IS THE SAME, BUT SILVER. SAME STICKER WE GOT IT FOR $33,000

Not a bad deal at all. Sounds very similar to the GM employee discount price I got on my truck..stickered at just over 43K...got it out the door for 34 something. I just got a 5" catback exhaust kit, air intake, gauges, and a PPE programer for my truck. I'd love to get some bigger wheels and tires for it..but I got at least 40K miles left on the stockers still.

Yup... The employee deals are great.. It was hard to part with the grey truck, but the silver truck was brand new for $4000. more.... If some one wants an awesome truck the grey one is it... I put $3500 in aftermarket on it..
