3" wide belt and shoulder straps, camlock, snap hook ends
Note: This harness is used and "expired" per FIA and SFI standards (Came out of my race car - had to go with fresh belts for the 2007 season)
Perfectly fine for events where belt age is not required by rules
Never been in an accident - lot of adjustment
Price on this set-up was nearly $350 new

How much to have it rewebbed?

I have no idea who even does that for the Willians belts.

Crow Enterprises (CA) may still re-web belts. Most manufacturers have stopped re-webbing. Continental Motorsports in Mason OH may know who would do a re-web for the Willians products.
