comp cams timing gear bolt

i just installed a pair of comp cams on a set of pi heads and the cam gear bolts are not the same thread size has anyone put comp cams on and had the same problem

I have heard that they use a larger 12mm bolt on the aftermarket cams. I have ARP bolts in stock that are supposed to work. If your cams have smaller bolts than stock, then I don't know.

the bolts that come with the cams are different but are the ones you are suppose to use. Once you degree the cams just right put some loc tite on the bolt for the final torque.
