WTF is up with the other two wheels. They are obviously not clear. Guess he could only afford the 12" lift and 2 wheels

Those are polycarbonate wheels. Very expensive. About 20-30k a set.

They look much cooler on Street Bikes. On cars it IMO it brings the ugly out unless the car is detailed heavily in the suspension/Brakes area.

No on cars, yes on bikes...I would have a slammed black fatboy with one set of wheels being solid polished alum., the others glass...I'll keep dreaming.
