I have a 2006 GT (auto) and was making sure that the rear-end is and 8.8? I called ford and the ford tech and told me that a few were made with a 9.25, but not very many. The cover looks like an 8.8, but I cannot find a tag with it on there anywhere. I have a set of 4.10 gears awaiting installation and want to make sure I have the right ones.

the cover has 10 mounting holes on it correct? It should be a 8.8 .
