I've got a 31 spline diff that was rebuilt by chad393 with extra clutches, I decided to go a different route.

Actually I think I worded that wrong, I've had 2 diffs rebuilt, but I think you rearrange the order of the clutches and frictions. I've never watched it being done. Either way, this one is "fixed" :o Guys over on Turbomustangs are running in the 9's with these things.

Chad393NA does great work on them. I just picked my car up last night with a 31 spline rebuilt by him.

This is the 31 spline posi unit only, it doesn't come with a gear or axles. Most gears sell for 100.00 themselves (used).

I'd have to go out to the guy who builds my rear ends and take some pictures, but it looks exactly like a 28 spline diff. I dont think by eyeballing it that you would be able to tell the difference without counting the splines and measuring the pin (which is a larger diameter).

gotcha. so this one has the clutches packed the right way for the most grab?

Hey Mike, about the only thing I'm looking for is an accufab 75mm throttle body, dont need a spacer for it.
