Well, after 188,000 miles of torture the old 93 F-250's clutch said adios:flipoff: . The pedal felt a little wierd as I left my house in scenic Crittenden, but I didn't think much of it. I got off at the Florence exit to drop my daughter off at mom and dad's house and noticed the engine was the only think accelerating. I was lucky enough to make it to their house, just out of Burlington, but by the time I got there it was completely toast. On the bright side my brother in law volunteered to pull the car to tristate for me and I got to go racing anyway.

So does anybody have any recommendations on what brand of clutch to get? I have had pretty good luck with Luk, but I don't knowwho carries them around here

Luk is good for your application. Also, check into South Bend Clutch... I can help you out on SBC if necessary.

thumbs up to SBC, GREAT people to deal with. (Honda view, take it with a grain of salt)

Sorta like dealing with our local cracker parts guy on Vine Street.
