Yeah i'd say that's more of a DARE car than anything. There's no roll bar inside, i doubt it would be allowed for pursuit.

that music is so freakin gay.
nicholasville has a red one. I don't think its that one, if i remember correctly it has tinted windows. Sucker can sneak up on you like a thief in the dark though.
only bad thing about cool cars is when someone gets an opportunity to drive it their attitudes usually get turned up to 11. Back when ksp got the last batch of camaros I heard some funny stories about them.

one of the constibles here in lexington has a pretty sweet Mustang and is always pulling folks over.
Too bad he is not the real police.

Bradenton Beach Florida has some 03 Cobra patrol cars.

I'm sure some stangbangerz will still be able to outrun him because the extra weight of all that cop stuff loaded into it.

I remember one KSP notchback roaming the streets of northern Kentucky with a serious roll cage in it. I also noticed last weekend that Louisville is now using unmarked Chargers, I would bet probably with the hemi. If it weren't for the flashing lights on it I wouldn't even have noticed it this past weekend.

I'm not sure if they still do it but Hawaii ( or at least Honolulu) use to subsidize the purchase of vehicles if you were willing to use it for police duty. When I was there in 2002 I saw a few Impala SS's with the blue bubble on top and I heard there use to be a lot of Mustangs, F-bodies, and even Grand Nationals that were serving as police cars.

As far as the KSP goes I believe the Fox body stang's were the last stangs they had in service. They bought LT1 Camaro's after that and then LS1 Camaros. Now they are getting Hemi Chargers as their low profile vehicles. Not sure if Dry Ridge station has gotten any yet.
