OK... How to remove evaporator on 93 GT???

I am replacing my heater core, and while I am at it I want to make sure that the AC evaporator will never go bad. I do not want to do this job again! How do you remove that thing from the heater box? Do you have to cut the box?

Im pretty sure that you can take all the screws out of the box itself and both the heater core and evap are removable.
