You couldn't ask for better riding weather today. That was fun, Beefcake...that Busa is sick! Cool backroads around your area too.

I couldn't bring myself to call it a day after we were done, so I met up with some other friends and rode another 150 miles. Not bad...a 275+ mile day today. :)

I was working in the garage all day. Although when I had to run to the Speed Shop to get some parts, I saw a SHIT LOAD of Bikes out riding. Ill get mine out soon enough:)

I don't think I've seen more bikes out in a single day anywhere outside of Daytona or Deal's Gap...just an awesome weekend.

We rode all day yesterday did a poker run I was too sore to ride much today.I do not know how anyone could ride almost 300 miles in a day on a bike.I can barely do 200 miles.

if i didn't have to give the wife some shopping time, i'd have stayed out 2-3 more hours easily :(

It's just a matter of practice. I know guys who have done Iron Butts (1000 miles in 24 hours) on completely inappropriate machines such as a 1992 GSX-R750 and a 1200 Sportster.

I'm comfortable up to around 600-700 miles/day...I've done more, but that starts bordering on the unpleasant.

Well thats the problem I guess I ride a 1200 sportster and am not a small guy.Hopefully next year I will get my FLHX street glide and I know I can ride all day on that comfortably.

I'm planning on doing the HSTA ride out to Jimbo's in the Hocking Hills Sunday morning. Meet at the BP at RT-123 and 71, RTR at 10:00am.

My guess is somewhere between 250-300 miles.

Jimbos has great food, and the HSTA guys are a great group to ride with. Fast, but not squidly.
