What valve springs?

I need info on what valve springs to use. I have an x303 cam i'm dropping into a 97 explorer motor. Then dropping into my stang. I do believe they came with iron gt40p heads

I didn't even think about looking for it that way! Thank you very much. The way I searched for it was bringing up $300+ sets
