Was driving the car tonight, and once I hit about 5k rpm, the car really struggles to get up to 6k. I remember driving my dads 90 coupe back in high school, with WAY less bolt ons than I have, with an AOD, and that thing would tear up to 6 grand in a heartbeat. Something isn't right, the car just doesn't feel that strong to me???
I've just got the stock 19 pount injectors, with stock regulator, and I have a tiny autometer fuel pressure guage tapped into the stock fuel lines, and it reads right at 39 psi. The timing is set at either 12 or 13 degrees also. Any ideas what it could be?
