This is the car we talked about on the homepage. The new piping was completed last night. First pull on the dyno the blower blew a seal but it was up 40 hp because of the new piping. Hopefully we can get a replacement blower from Procharger in time for WFC.

Here is how the intercooler piping was done when it arrived at MD

There were alot of issues. The main one was the piping blowing apart, the tubing running too close to the headers, it was steel, and a few other things.

Here's how it looks now:

It now is all aluminum, all tubing is bead rolled and there are no rubber elbows. All joints are pipe to pipe. The polishing has nothing to do with the performance but damn does it look good.
