Like the title says, anyone know how to eliminate it. I check everything is tight, but its whining like a bitch. I'm hoping its the belt and not a bearing going out on the blower or on something else. The car has 35,000 miles and the belt has been on for only 20,000 of that. Any help would be appreciated.
