hey guys i got this 86 gt has speed density fuel injected wat kind of things can i do to get better performance before ui go buy parts can i do away wit some thing shortcut some things i know to bump the timing

Timing, Remove the air silencer, Short belt at the track bypassing the power steering air and smog.

When its time for pulleys, dont buy a set. Just get the crank pulley as the 86 cars had a larger water pump pulley and in my opinion, the alt pulley usualy leads to charging issues

any kind of weight reduction will help thats what i've been working on anything thats useless take it off

thanks guys i just removed the ac pump and smog pump neone know wat size belt i need i bought the aftermarket underdrive pulleys and used the all but the alternator one

Pull the front sway bar off it takes 30 or so lbs off the front end.
