My fabricator jumped ship on me and I need a replacement pretty quick. You would be assembling glass block windows in our shop in Sharonville. You'd need to be able to lift up to 100# rarely, 40# regularly. It's a year round full time position w/ benefits. Once training is complete, 2-3 weeks, you will be paid based on production. Past fabricators earned 13-18/hr. It's safe to say 10-12/hr will be pretty easy. Training rate is 10/hr. 40hrs / week w/ every other Saturday. I'm also looking for more installers. This is a sub-contracted position installing the glass block windows. My installers make $800-$1000/week. You would need your own truck and tools and pass a drug test, background check and the likes. As a sub-contractor, benefits would not be available to you. The schedule is quite flexable. I have subs working 2 days per week, every other day, and 6 days. If you're a contractor looking to suppliment you income, this could work for you. Reach me the same way.

Hours are 730a-400p, M-F, Saturdays are 730a-noon at the latest (usually 10am in the winter). In the summer it's "hot", in the winter the heaters keep it comfortable.

I bought glass block windows from you guys. Installed them myself. That sucked. Would rather pay someone else to do that. Mine are all done now.

Thanks for the business Keith. If I had a nickle for every time I've heard that... The difference between the installed price and contractor pick up price is usually only about 25-35. I'd say 75% of the DIYers tell me they should've just paid to have us install them in the first place.
