Cheater skinnies/aluminum spares

I've had these for years, they've been in storage for over a year now and since i've got Welds now, i figured i'd pass them along to the next guy. I've been told they're old aluminum spares, but i've never seen anything but steel spares in 4 lug cars, so i have no idea what they really are but i used them for skinnies for a couple years.

They're perfect for the guy who runs full size tires for the street but wants some light and easy to haul skinnies for the track. They're a little dirty but i hit one of them with some Mothers to show that they'll polish up damn near like chrome. They do have a few scratches here and there which you can see in the pics, also the tires are in great shape and still have nipples left on them.

I'd like to get $100 out of these, otherwise i'll probably use one of them as a spare in my coupe.

I use to run a set of spacesaver spare rims as skinnies back in ~'99-00. They came in some convertable GT's and I think 93 cobras, also some T-bird supercoupes.

LOL whatdyamean? I'm guessing you mean running them at the track? I've ran around 100mph on'em with no problems. They're not spare "tires" anymore, so as far as that goes there isn't a speed limit on the tires (no more than any radial tire would have...they're not Z rated or anything like that but neither are the Pep Boys skinnies everyone else runs..lol).

Honestly i'm not sure since my brakes are stock '85 9 inchers, but if you're interested we can meet up and find out :D

They do have a good amount of back spacing on them but the inside is pretty wide open...i would guess that they will but i don't want to say yes and be wrong.

Check this out...here's an old pic from back in the day when i first got my coupe. I rolled out to my very first SBZ cruise in with these wheels (at the Wayne Homes cruise in on Rt. 32) back before i knew any of you guys.

Nothing says "all business" like 10 holes out back and budget skinnies up front!

Here's a penny tread depth pic....both tires have tons of tread on'em. Also i think i mentioned before but these are NOT spare "tires" anymore, they're 165/15 radials.

Yeah i just got rid of my welds and i'm leaning more towards autox or road racing so i don't plan on using these again...i just need'em out of my storage!
