Anyone going? Do i have the day right? Last time i got mixed up thinking they had it on Saturday but that's Tristate. I haven't had my car out this year and i've got the ITCH...lol

Have the times and price to race changed any this year?

I believe the times are still the same, not sure on the pricing though.

Actually turned out to be a pretty good night. My first run of the night I ran a personal best 14.43 @98.26 w/ a 2.29 60 foot. Then I made about 6 other passes, and I was getting really frustrated cuz I could not get better than a 2.37 60 foot and the times to match.

SO of course it gets dark/foggy at the end of the night, and e water decides to run 1/8 mile only, and I'm about to leave. So I say ahhh hell I'll do a quick 1/8 mile pass just to see if I can get a better 60 foot. Sure enough, brought the car up to about 3500-3800 rpms, and slipped the clutch to a 2.18 60 foot:lol: :lol:

So I have a new personal best, a 2.18 60 foot, 9.13 1/8 mile, at 79.19mph. Too bad I wasn't able to make a full 1/4 pass. At least I know it has it in it though. I'm sure with some more seat time, and launches like that I may get into the 13's.

ATimpe also went with me, and his stock 00 gt besides an h pipe and some mufflers, did a 14.07 at 100.02mph w/ a 2.21 60 foot. I'm sure his car has a 13 in it somewhere too.

Damn it to hell i didn't go because i got up and it was pouring outside so i didn't think anyone else would. That sucks ass.

It did pour for like 5 mintues, but it only took about 45 minutes for the track to dry. So there was pretty much non stop running after that

Good times never thought my piece would run that good, hopefully i can make it to the track soon to test out those new 4:10's
