Need some advice

A friend of mine has an 05 Gt and wants to know how much nitrous can the 3valves hold safely and whats the best kit to get.

Dale has a ProFlow kit on his and I believe he is running a 100 shot wet and it put down some serious numbers. Bill has the Zex running a 100 I think but with no new times yet. Dale landed a 12sec slip but definetly has a high 11 second beast.
