03 Cobra blower in a 98?

Does any one know if a 03 cobra blower will bolt on a 98 Cobra? Or do you have to change the whole intake?

intake and heads, my buddy was going to put one on his 96 cobra but it was to much minor stuff other than just the heads and intake, hood, intercooler heat exchanger etc
