After going 13.92@95mph On Tuesday I knew I had issues.

Car went 14.09@95 before the heads and intake swap

Mods:
1986 Mustang GT
85k miles
Stock shortblock
Underdrive pullies
Exploder intake
TEA ported Twisted Wedge heads
Proform 1.6 rockers
Mac 1 5/8 coated shorties
Off Road H pipe
Flowmaster 2 1/4 3 chambers 2 1/2 tails (got burned on the mufflers - Ebay)
4.10 gears
Baker Performance AOD
Art Carr 9.5 Billet converter 3400 stall
UPR Pro lower control arms
Strange 10 way adjustable struts
QA1 coilover 200lb springs
UPR Steel C/C plates
No A/C - Smog
MSD ignition - wires, blaster coil and 6al box (unhooked because of the tach)

Raceweight - 3175lbs Me + 1/2 tank of gas

Posi is wasted - 1 wheel all day.

1st run - hot off the drive out there:

60' - 1.91
1/4 - 13.5400 @ 99.52

MPH Picked up by 5 from last Tuesday when the car was short shifting because of the adjustment of the T/V cable

2nd run - cooled off a bit

60' - 1.95
1/4 - 13.5420 @ 100.91

More MPH, but I also noticed a couple things. First, I was able to hold 1st gear to 5900rpm but the car was shifting into 3rd @ 5200 - I couldn't hold it which told me the valve body mod that I did wasn't working.

Second, the car was smoking a bit on the big end so I thought maybe it was fat. Leaned it out after the first pass but was still smoking - found out that the valve covers weren't sealing well. Played with those for a little bit and it got better. I'll fix that later.

Called Keith @ Big Shot Dyno and learned how to do the AOD Shuffle so that I could hold 2nd gear - thanks Kurt - and things got interesting.

3rd run - another decent cool down

60' - 1.87
1/4 - 13.4003 @ 101.51

Time to dial in - I bypassed the 4th time trial to let the car cool down with ice and dialed at 13.38 thinking I could hit the 30's

1st round of eliminations

60' - 1.85
1/4 - 13.12 @ 103.16

All in all i'm happy with the car now that the issues are pretty much gone. I'm gonna hit the rollers and tweak it a bit more before Tuesday hopefully. I'll go up, better air? 3100 DA today, and try to get the 100mph club before I have to take my drag radials off and move to regular street tires. I'll try 1/4 tank of gas Tuesday instead of the 1/2 that I ran today so maybe it can hit 12's

My cousin's 1996 Caprice is on the vid too - all motor forged 355" LT1
