View Full Version : which tuners are best?

I’m looking at a couple different tuners to buy for a 06 Mustang GT, Sniper, Diablo and SCT. One of my friends said that Sniper is the best because you have more settings and can save more custom made programs? I have never owned a tuner like this before so I know nothing about them. I was wonder which ones are the best, any advise would be greatly appreciated.

not sure on the newer stangs but I have a SCT on my 96 and love it. Very easy to use.

on my 06 I had a diablo tuner and I did not car for it too much. The next one I will get is an sct.

The SCT XcalII is great! Get one from Ken at MD along with an intake and dyno tune. The results are amazing and Ken is sure to take care of you!

If you are interested in the Xcal2, we have a special where you can get it for $375 with an hour of dyno tuning (at $125 an hour) plus 2 custom tunes. Or you can get just the Xcal2 for $399 with the 2 custom tunes. The Xcal2 comes with a base tune standard. Give me a call and i can set something up for you :) 859-746-1666

Dayton 5.0 sold and tuned my Xcal2. Best thing you can do to an S197 is a nice tune to get rid of that throttle lag in the drive by wire.
