What kind of mileage am I looking at with a 351w 11 to 1 compression and a Holley 750 Carb setup, car also has Trickflow Highport heads and a pretty hot cam.

The kind of mileage where you don't worry about it cause it's that bad.....I'd say 7-8 if your lucky.

yeah, i had a 650 Double Pumper on the 351 in my 75 torino...even with all the rest stock...i was LUCKY to get 10-12 MPG

what trans? and how do you drive? lol

i'd say 10-15 depending on how heavy your foot can be

Its speculation on a car Im looking at, I have a 99GT right now and get about 19-23MPG average 50/50 driving. Depending on how many people try to pick on me in a given week.

i get 10-15 out of mine depending on how i drive. mixed driving is about 13mpg on average. heavy foot is the 10mpg lol
