Anyone know the Law(s) Concerning Childen as Motorcycle Passengers ?

My neighbor puts her little (6) year old boy on the back seat of her Sportbike and takes him riding.

I freak-out (inside my head) everytime I see this !!!! :eek::eek:

Why? My dad took me for rides on his bike all the time when I was a kid. I wore a helmet. No big deal.

you had to wear the helmet even when not on a bike :)

In Indiana you are required to wear a helmet until you are 18 regardless if you are the operator or passenger.

Hi
I gave my kids rides aroung the block when they were small... They sat in front of me, so I could hold them..

Edit: Of course they were riding around the house on there bike when they were 8 or 9
