Well, I finally did something Vinny always wanted/intended to do, I made Stangbangerz a limited liability company and it is now registered with the Ohio Secretary of State, I just got the paperwork back today (I sent the paperwork in last week)!

Stangbangerz LLC is also now TRADE named (with the Ohio SOS), which means no one can use that name on anything (merchandise or otherwise) without the consent of the owner (that would be me). ;)

Thanks for your continued support of SBZ. Vinny LOVED his peeps, you guys made this place what it is today, and I know he's smiling down on all of you.

You're going to have to get on KJ Jones of 5.0 mag cause I think every article he writes says stangbangers at least once.:lol:

There might be something that can still be done about that. If Ford can sue for just using "pony" stating that it's a reference to the Mustang name, then surely if Holly wanted to be mean about it she could have something done about one letter.

Didnt some one sue for the Eleanor name on the mustang.It was just the name though wasnt it.?

That is great Holly, it seems like everything is falling into place...just wish it was with Vinny here though. It is like losing him was a catalyst for evrything happening now.
