90 mass air ecm

got a stock ecm outa my 91 gt 5 speed. $50 bucks

How come it was removed and is it the mass air sensor or the ecm from the pass kick panel?

how about the ecu's and all the wiring i mean everything how much? and id even come help you pull it out
