so i am comin home from work yesterday in the SVO, and she seems to be running a little rough, but comin up 65 i had a chance to apply boost...:bigthumb
so i was goin up 65N after work, when a silver dot comes flying up behind me, gets next to me and slows down...just messin with the guy i stay in 5th till he pulls, then drop to third for a couple seconds, regain composure, hit 4th and 16 PSI and the Z becomes a dot again, so i keep my foot in it into 5th and look down to see 130...i bout shit myself...in my 86 SVO, at anything over 110 the car would bob and weave, but the 84 stayed true to the course, the guy with the Z rode my ass till i got off at my exit, comes up next to me and asks what my 5.0 has done to it and wht it has single exhaust...:HYF::lol: so i explain to him that he just got his ass handed to him by a 24 year old 4 banger and popped my hood. needless to say, he didnt say too much before getting into his car and trying to do a burnout (i smelled more clutch than tire...LOL) looks like it just goes to show ya, she may be old, but there is still some pep in her step! and 16 PSI feels reeeeeaaaallllyyyy good after a long boost absence :D
