The guy who is puting this on went all out (he LOVES Smokey and the Bandit) He is paying for Star-lite to rent the film. They had to get it from Cali. Should be nice to run at Tri-state before test n tune.

Where is the Star-Lite drive in? I'ver heard of it but never been there. We usually go to the one in Hamilton(Holiday), but the owners are becoming such douche bags...

Smokey and the Bandit on the big screen! I'm in. Just need to get the Camaro running for it. :)

I vote for Stroker Ace or Cannonball Run.

Forget the Mustang at a drive-in...no room for "backseat action" ;)

I've made the trip when I had my TA when GCFBA was a decent club. I think the movie was Dr Dolittle. It was a nice time. It's about 40 miles from the edge of Fairfield, would be 50 miles from Tri State.

Guys the track will be open at 9:30 a.m to anybody that comes to the car show. The car show will have the track from 9:30 till 12:00. You dont have to be in the show to run. The cost will be $20 to run. He will be giving awards for best mph, best time and best 60ft. You can only win 1 not all 3. Should be good weather (nice and cool).

I went to the Friday show at QS&L, had the kids. There were as many mustangs as F-bodies. Some nice cars though, for sure.
