Phone is practically new. I bought it 7/22/2007 and it is has been in its original box starting 8/24/2007. I tried to return it but, as you can see from the dates, I was two days away from the 30 day limit and they won't take it so now I am trying to sell it. Phone has no scratches like I said it is pretty much brand new the only reason I am getting rid of it is because I jumped onto a plan and received a new free phone.
I have restored all the original settings and deleted my contacts. Comes with everything that originally came with it, phone, battery, sim card "if it still can be used, activation will be needed", charger, and head phones. I have the paper from the Cincinnati Bell store that I purchased the phone from to prove that it was purchased 7/22/2007 and that the price I bought it for was $29.99 "without tax". I am asking $25 "retail price is $79.99" with pick up or if close I can meet you some where.
