the radio from a 97 F-150 works in my mustang :) saves me 100 bucks :nice:

since it worked i got off my lazy ass today and re wired it...(fun)

i have two 6*9 kenwood speakers left over form my SC that im gonna make fit in the rear and then call it quits with hte radio...i never listen to CD's so all i need is a radio.

i had no tunes...i take what i can get...ill get a cd player down the road...for now im set...i got my 92.3 set and all speakers working.

Hey...i was a die hard cassette guy so the joke's on me too..lol. My Merkur has the stock radio and it's a cassette deck, and guess what's in it right now? :D

Yeah...i still have a few from the old days but i gave a lot of them to my brother.


But hey it looks cool.....any chance you could find a newer OEM stereo in that same size that's a CD player? Like from a junkyard maybe?

yeah most likely...id like to find a 05+ radio and get that in there...be kinda cool i think...defitnetly different...just need the connectors from the 05 and head unit.
