I sold my Cobra, and still have the stock midpipe and cat back. It had less than 3000 miles on it when I took it off. This is all stainless (i think) and still has all four cats and both mufflers. Needs cleaned up a little as it's been in my shed for 4 years, but it's in great shape.
I'm located in West Carrollton, which is just south of Dayton if you want to stop by and take a look at it. Just make an offer, I'll probably take the first bid.
