Im off to see the new Halloween remake by Rob Zombie tonight at the drive in. My dad said it was Fricken Awesome. I cant wait to see how good a job Rob did remaking this classic horror.

I agree 100%.........this movie was freakin' awesome and Rob Zombie told it like everyone wanted to know and that was "How Michael Myers came to be", this is going to an instant classic I believe. The show was sold out when I saw it and had everyone on the edge of their seat........once again this movie is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

Two things i'm worried about....one is that the old guy who was always the dude trying to hunt Mike down is dead now, but i guess since this is in the beginning they can get away with using an older guy..so that's cool.

Then there's the mask...you can't really screw with how the mask looks because that's his image.

I have been looking forward to this for a long time. I think the first 2 Halloween movies are about the best horror movies around.

This movie really was Bad Assed!!!! Rob Zombie did one Hell of a job remaking this movie. Did anybody know that the original Michael Myers mask was a mask from Star Trek? I thought that was a cool detail!!

I finally watched this the other day, I know I'm a pathetic horror fan for waiting this long to see it but I've been too busy to sit down and watch it. I thought it was pretty good. In my opinion the original is one of the best horror movies ever, so it was not likely that the new one would top it. Zombie did a good job of telling the same story, but focusing on different pieces to keep it interesting. I didn't think it was as creepy as the original, but definately good in it's own way.

Oh yeah, the chicks were a lot hotter in the new one.:bigthumb
