UPR Bump Steer kit: Power vs. Manual Rack?

I was getting ready to purchase a bumpsteer kit off of a guy and he said it is for a power rack. Will this also fit a manual rack?

I think the tie rods are different for a FR rack.

I have a flaming river manual rack with a UPR bumpsteer kit, I took the bumpsteer off of my power steering rack. Seems to be fine?

I think they had a slightly different part # for the flaming river one... fla or something.

I have it all mocked up but the directions are a little vague on how to set it up... and where to put the spacers......
