Factory rockers

So just to make sure that I am not doing something right, does anyone know how to bolt down factory non adjustable pedestal mounted rockers?

i know you tighten them all the way down but theres a torque spec i think is 18-24 foot pounds. its in the chiltons.

Yea thats right,18-24.I just did springs in the notch and that is the correct torque.

mine made noise until I got to 25lbs
