any recommendations for t-5 rebuild

Need to rebuild the t-5 out of a 95 gt. Any recommendations on whos good and what internals i should slap in it?

Contact Dayton 5.0. They are the closest place I would reccomend and they are a vendor here. rscoupe is the owner. He has lots of experience rebuilding T5's and can steer you in the right direction.
