If it is Cincinnati Composites stay away from them, they are junk. From expierence I'd recomend HO Fibertrends, Dave makes a really nice product and is a super nice guy.

There is also a place in Mainville called Boss Inc. Saw there stuff at NMRA at Bus. They also make race 2 inch cowl hoods for Steeda for the 05+. But he sells hoods for any 04-. I have thier two inch cowl hood on my 06. High quality hoods.

Cinci. composite hoods are actualy quite nice now. He's changed his way of making them and using different molds and his hoods quality have really went up. I've seen some in the past that were complete crap...but the last few were really nice and straight...plus there alot cheaper...I think there well worth the money

Mom has a hood from Champion Fiberglass on her 05... and I beleive the Pinks car had Matt Johnson's Champion Hood. It is pretty good stuff for the money.

H.O. Fibertrends or Boss would be the way to go. I have a Boss hood on my car now and really like the look and fit of it. I had an HO in the past and had the same deal with it. Cinci composits are good for shooting at.

Do not buy from Cincy composites, even if they changed there molding technique its still junk. They use bondo to glue the two halves together and not fiberglass resin. They are known for seperating and flyin off on the highway.Hoods are trash, will not paint right,do not line up,and would take about 8-10 hours of prep work to even primer it,and thats not fitting it to the car.Spend your money else where.Oh and that place he told you to go is a small garage in norwood.Ive delt with them and in no way will i ever buy or send some one to them again.
Oh and Boss hoods are over in the Montgomery area and are really great quality hoods.

My 2000 v6 was not max wired for fog lights, but its not hard to do. I can get you info for a guy who sells kits with OEM lights and switches.

Do you guys know if any of the above make a decent hood for '79-82 cars? I know Maier Racing sell one but it's really expensive.
