I have a new never installed SN-95 Rear Disc Conversion Adapter Brackets for sale. There are the Ultrastang adapter plates that have all the hardware and instructions. An excerpt from the Ultrastang website:
"Conversion brackets to adapt '94-'04 V6/GT rear discs OR '94-'04 Cobra rear discs onto '65-'73 Mustangs and related Fords with 8- or 9-inch small axle bearing rear end housings."
