These are pictures of the car I am buying next month. The guy that owns it is my friend's uncle and I was able to talk him into hanging on to it for me till next month, when I can afford it! He even let me take it for a spin today! I didn't want to get out of it!:lol: It needs TLC, but it runs awesome and the body is in pretty good shape! What do y'all think?? And yes it will be replacing my 2006 GT......

Looks like a nice start but I hope it won't be replacing you 06 as a daily driver.

Thanks Jeff, I'll let you know! Its a 289 with miscellaneous mods, and the transmission is 4 on the floor.

:lol:.....This one auctually runs and is in one piece! Paint will come later, I got a lot of other things I am gonna do first!

Great project! V-8, 4-speed and disk brakes make it a pretty unusual find. There's lot's of coupes out there, but not too many left with this combo. I can't wait to see it when it's finished.

that looks like a turn-signal hood. I have had a couple of those cars. Pretty cool.

I do have that OEM metal Air cleaner assembly...I seen it today. Lokk like it would need some work but the metal should be fine.
