Forgive my ignorance, but I'm new to Mustangs, is that for a T5 and does it come with the slip yoke? Thanks,

The trans is either a T5 or, more likely, a T45. If, by slip yoke, you mean the part that slips into the tailshaft of the trans, yes. It is the complete driveshaft.
