2.3T coolant line question

I'm doing the valve cover gasket on my Merkur and i'm curious about the 2 coolant lines that run down the side of it...is there a better way to run these? Also is there anywhere i can buy replacements? Are these the same lines as on any of the 2.3T engines (can i get them off a Tbird or SVO?)?

go to rapido or bat they have in steel or chromed

I was thinking along the lines of replacing them and rerouting them but i realized they're metal to prevent them from melting from the manifold heat...that sucks. I'll probably just look into replacing them with new ones.
