I have a Toshiba SD-5980 I don't need anymore. It converts standard DVDs up to 720p or 1080i via HDMI or Component video. It's not quite like a Blu-Ray, but it makes a VERY noticable difference over a regular DVD player. I've barely used it, so it works perfectly, and I don't believe there's a scratch on it.

Comes with remote, HDMI cable (newer players don't come with an HDMI cable), and I think I have the instruction book somewhere too. If needed, I'll throw in a set of component video cables.

I bought modfox's PS3 a week or two ago, and it takes care of my up-converting needs. I don't need 2 of em. :)

Cool! I picked up an HD DVD but I guess it's this point it's anybody's guess who will come out on top!
