I don't know if anybody else has to deal with baby sitting grown men all day long but this is phucking sad!!! For the last 2 years I've been a Project Manager for an electrical contractor and it is like baby sitting 30 grown men day after day. This guy don't want to work with this guy and why does this guy have a company truck and I don't and this and that. I hear what you mean, been working with a unique bunch for 3 years at GE.....believe it or not, I have to babysit the salary guys even more.....same crap, "That's not my job!"
