I RAN ACROSS AN ENGINE LABELED 360-390 IN A FORD TRUCK-WOULD THIS BE ANY GOOD FOR REBUILDING FOR A FOX POWER PLANT.IT IS A RUNNING ENG NOW.

It sounds like it is an old 390 FE motor. FE's share nothing with the windsor engine family...don't bother with it.

okie dokie new at this thought i'd found a easy ay to get a stroker or stroked engine in the fox
