I have a complete motor and was wondering if the heads were anything like the 87-93 stang heads? I know the 86's were dogs so ford used the truck heads in 87' and picked them up. Are these the same? If not I want to sell the f-150 motor complete. If so I want to put the heads on an 86' motor if my coupe pans out. Are the f-150 motors H.O. rollors? I haven't even looked at it yet. If so I may put a cam and such in the f-150 motor.

It should have E7s on it...i don't recall a head change for the F150s after the E7s. They did use the GT40s on F150 Lightnings but then that's a 351W. I don't believe the GT40Ps were even created before '97 so they shouldn't be those either. Look on the front of the heads for 3 bars like III....if they have those then they're GT40s, but i doubt it.
