I just thought I would share for anyone into 4 wheelers. I just recently picked up a 02 Raptor 660 and holy shit it is freaking fast. Now keep in mind I have not been riding all that long and the only other quad I've owned or ridden was a 350 Warrior. I knew the warrior was not powerhouse but I thought it was mildly fast. Boy was I mistaken. I got to ride the Raptor for the first time today and it got my attention big time. I'm sure I'll get use to it, I just hope I don't kill myself before I do.:eek2:

:bigthumb I had an 01 Raptor a few years ago. Thats when I decided I should probably have some disability insurance. It was a fun quad. Ask Timido about the time we took it and my KFX700 to Big Rock;).

Just ask Craigels how many times a head bucket saved his brain when riding a fast quad. At the last farm party we were razzed about wearing helmets for just "putting" around the place. We chose not to, then circled around the barn and got our helmets on. We both knew better. Damned if he didn't go over a jump, flipped it and fell off the back. Would have been REAL ugly w/o that helmet. Quad was sold soon after that. No insurance and a son to raise, he saw the light! But he sure is gonna' miss it if we ever get a good snow!

Be safe while having fun.
