I just recently found out about MSD's new Timing twister for the Ford 4.6L engine, the MSD site is pretty lame on the discussion of how it works, and I haven't seen any articles on line or in print that cover it. Anyone else know any thing about it?? I think it would fill a hole on most application where timing needs to be adjusted, like boost or Nitorus use, which is not possible without one. Any help would be nice.

Kyle,
Thanks for the effort, that is all I could find as well. The odd thing, is you would expect the magazines and other Ford sources to be all over something that allows anyone to alter the timing on a 4.6L SOHC or DOHC engine. Especially since, till now there really hasn't been a way to do that without completely converting to a DIS-4 ignition, which would cost over $1000.00 to do, or switch to a complete new and stand alone controller. I am interested in retarding the ignition when boost and or Nitrous is used at the higher levels. I suppose I will just have to brave the new world of electronics by my self or wait till someone else grows some balls. You would think....that MSD would be all over the Magazine editors to run articles on this product.....makes be wonder about it's real word use?

Well let me know what you end up doing as I might follow your foot steps into the brave new world of the MSD Timing Twister as well in the near furture. I will also report any more findings or personal reports on this as well.
