Explorer 5.0 short block with F cam

5.0 short block with F cam, not sure of the mileage, but probably well over 100k.
I think it needs a complete rebuild, only had about 3-5 PSI of oil pressure when warmed up and that was with 20W50.
Includes front timing cover, newer oil pan, and newer oil pump.

sorry the main reason i wanted it was i needed a f cam
